Our members and their guests can maintain business and private connections in a confidential environment. We therefore ask you to pay attention to the following rules.

Our members, their families and guests use the Union International Club and its facilities at their own risk. The club assumes no liability for accidents, losses or injuries while using the club facilities. Sufficient insurance cover is therefore recommended to all members to themselves and their families.

The use of audio or multimedia devices you have brought with you and the comsumption of food and drinks you have brought with you are not permitted. Mobile phones should be used as discreetly as possible at Villa Merton.

Animals are not allowed.

The entire club premises may only be photographed and filmed for private us. Photography and reporting on behalf of the media or for media use are only possible after consultation with the board or club management.

Dress Code

Stylish choice of clothing is expected from members and guests and should be self explaining. Therefore, the clothes in the club and restaurant area should correspond to the occasion, but you should orient yourself towards a "casual smart". In principle, emphasis is placed on the demands of the club and the maintenance of tradion.

Parental Supervision

The Union International Club is a club with a sense and understanding for families and children. In the interest of all members and guests, a harmonious coexistence is very important to us. It is the responsibility of the parents to inform their children of the necessary rules and to ensure that they are observed.

For damage caused by children, the club will make us of the parents. Member children under the age of 18 are only allowed to enter the club building if they are accompanied by their parents or an adult who has been named in advance or in connection with an event.

The member area on the first floor is only accessible to resident, junior, company and honorary members. Members of our partner clubs, with a membership confirmation, have the opportunity to use the member area within 20 days of one year.

Guests who are not accompanied by a member are generally not permitted in the member areas. Member children (up to the age of 18) are only allowed to bring guests in the presence of a parent.
